If you have a complaint or need an exchange please act as follows:
1. Contact us
Please inform us per E-Mail or phone stating your order number, if you have a complaint.
Please state the reason for your return, for example damaged or wrong items. Please let us know, if you like to receive a replacement or if you like to get your money back. In this case we need your complete bank information (name and address of bank, IBAN and BIC/Swift number).
2. Return the goods

3. We contact you
As soon as we received the package, we sent you a notice of receipt per E-Mail and the status of your complaint.
4. Exchange or money back
We check your complantin, and you will receive a replacement, or you get back your money. If ordered wrong items or if you are not satisfied with the goods, you have to pay the costs of return.
If you sent back a damaged article or received a wrong item, we take the shipping costs for the cheapest dispatch. We ask for your understanding, that we are allowed to reject items without original or equivalent packaging. We reserve the right to check for proper operation, if items are declared as damaged.
